Hi i'm posting this here becouse so far GageGuruMania has proven to be the most honest news site of them all, this topic is about how NCSoft's support fixes problems with its games. The following support log is about me, my character in GuildWars was supposed to get a minipet item which is given to every character that has 12 months since created.

The log 100% unedited with the exeption of my account names and starts

from the bottom up:

DO what ever you want BUGS don't concern me and if i don't get my
minipet YOU won't get any rest reading support tickets, and the major
gaming sites would love to see this whole support log, wouldn't that be a nice advertisement for Nightfall?

Thanks for contacting the Guild Wars Support Team.

We regret instances where players lose characters or items, whether it

is through the actions of unfriendly or unscrupulous players, through

deletion accidents, or through other means. Unfortunately, it is not

possible for us to replace such things; Guild Wars does not have the

capability to recover lost or deleted characters or items. No matter

the cause for such loss, replacement of such things is simply not

something that we are able to offer or support. Again, we are most

sympathetic about your loss.

So basically you are saying "suxxer Razz~~ no birth day items for you"

and i now have second thoughts about buying Nightfall CE too.

Thanks for getting in touch regarding your missing item.

Unfortunately we are unable to replace your lost item. However we will

transfer this report to our Quality Assurance Department. They will

examine the situation that took place in order to learn if we need to

correct a problem that may have caused this item loss to take place.

If you have a character who has not received his present for his

birthday, please make sure there is space in that character's

inventory and type. If you have any further questions or issues,

Hey, well i'm having a problem getting my birthday minipet(when you're

character turns 12 months). With the /age command i see that my

character has played 12 months so i use the /bonusitems command to get

the minipet. But nothing happens.

I have a minipet Kuunavang from Factions Collector's Edition.
