Never surprises me that products barely off the production line are then discontinued.
Biggest pain in the ass for the PC!
I've owned about a dozen or so motherboards, and none have actualy had ALL the CPU upgrades that they support -purely because AMD or Intel say 'the products life has come to an end'. Like how can it come to an end if there is still a *need* for it AND it works perfectly well on someones motherboard?! Rolling Eyes

We don't all buy a car and change it every six months Evil or Very Mad

XP is still fine, oh but it's 'come to an end'.........

i agree it sucks for us pc users but look at it this way, we get all the new TECH before everyone else.
Every gaming system is based on a pc in its own way, look at the 360 and ps3 all based on pc. i had a reg xbox running windows 98/2000.

so its a necessary evil untell they make a self upgrading PC.. but when that happens it will be the end of man lol... oh noooosss
