I would have said "There's far too many expensive and bad games released today, and it's very, very hard for the players to filter all that crap and save money for the titles that turn out to be good (because it really feels like a lottery today)."

You are being to gentle Wink

I can think of a 2-3 good titles from this year, and one great. That's console and PC included. The rest is just crap or average at best.

The current state of game releases can indeed be overwhelming, with a large number of titles being released regularly. It can be challenging for players to filter through all the options and find quality games that are worth their time and money. However, there are ways to navigate through the sea of releases and increase the chances of finding good games.

One approach is to rely on curated game catalogs or subscription services that offer a selection of high-quality titles. For example, PlayStation Plus offers a game catalog that includes titles from talented studios such as Insomniac Games, Naughty Dog, and Rockstar Games. These curated catalogs often include a mix of new releases and classic games, providing a variety of options for players.

That's right, finding truly quality games has become more difficult with so many releases these days. Smile
