Steve Parker, senior producer on Diablo III, has announced via Twitter he is no longer working at Blizzard:
Hey Twitter, I\'m no longer working at Blizzard or on D3. I\'ve had a great 5 years there and those guys are going to kill it with Diablo.

well they pretty much did brought the gameplay down to kindergarten / WoW level so no wonder that some issues have been raised...Besides, no one likes huge last minute changes inside the tight deadline, especially when that person (probably) has been telling publisher "I told you so" for the long time.
Also, no open beta means that the game will need tons of various patches since having hardcore fan boys as beta testers leads to nowhere.
some fanboys just go about it like this:
"look! a bug! woooow, what a great bug, and there is another one! look at all those bugs and glitches, they sure are fun! Should I tell blizzard about them?! Hmmm....nah, I shouldn't complain, I'm family after all, they might revoke my beta key" |

I checked on Twitter and he corrected himself, saying:
"Bad phrasing on my part. I mean they're going to do a great job."
And
"Yeah, probably should have used a better verb than "kill it" about D3. They're going to do an amazing job." |
