CD Projekt has released a changelog with some of the bug fixes that will be included in The Witcher 2: Enhanced Edition:

Launcher now includes an option to toggle DLCs off and on.
Assorted animals have been added to the game.
New werewolf trophy has been added in Chapter 3.
New, randomly dispersed swords have bee

I played it through without any problems including all side-quests - maybe I just did not notice them.
