If you want to download SimCity somewhere other than Origin, you\'ll have the option to do so. An EA representative confirmed that the title would be available for purchase on other digital distribution platforms, though a list of stores has yet to be finalized. SimCity is arriving sometime in 2013.

Simcity is a DOS game and requires no internet whatsoever.
This new rubbish they dare calling Simcity deserves what's coming to it.

I've used cracked exe's for legal versions plenty of times. The company even provides them in certain cases. If it's any good I'll buy it once the verdict is in and I can get a reliable crack. If this wasn't an option gaming would be more limited for me.
