| Like many old school Quake players, I loved the original, liked Q2, and tolerated the dumbed-down Q3. Prediction: Quake 4 is going to suffer because of the bad taste left by Doom 3. No one's going to upgrade to play it. If it doesn't ship an absolutely kick ass demo, proving that the network code is *far* superior to what appeared in Doom 3, it will die a lonely and deserved death. |
