Just a FYI.. I bought on Epic game store.. almost a week from the day I bought, I been regularly receiving phone calls from people talking in chinese. My phone number @ home is private and the only time I give it is when I buy something/create an account somewhere/credit card. Super rare I get an unwarranted call. A wrong number maybe..

My guess is Epic sold my info. Wayyyy to coincidental. I've so far blocked 6 phone numbers all of which are people talking in chinese. I since removed any credible/personal information on my Epic account and keeping an eye on my credit card too.

Think about it when you go buy on Epic. I wont be making any other purchases on Epic store. So I guess I'll be waiting even longer for this game.

If Epic sold it, that's okay. You agreed to it.
It's worse if those folk just stole it (which is more likely).
In the meantime, these were released:
Borderlands.Game.of.the.Year.Enhanced-PLAZA
Borderlands.2.Remastered-PLAZA

I checked my Steam lib, now I have a Borderlands GOTY Enhanced and the good old Borderlands 2, but now it has a free UHD texture pack.

I spent the last 5 mins downloading and trying to run BL GOTY Enhanced.
First off, it detects the CPUGPU and I can't change that under settings.
When you start the game, the GPUGPU is used though.
After a few minutes (I guess when the game would load resources), it just crashes - some sort of a general is at a protection fault, lol:

BL2 seems to run fine and looks somewhat better.

Maybe I ought to try the cracks; most of the time they work better than the original anyway.

it's not the cracks (as in, they probably wont solve the problem), your installations are missing files or has corrupted files or game cannot do read/write in the folder.

One of those 3 is likely the culprit. I guess you know what to try first (just in case you don't: see if installations are ok, try re-installing just in case. Check your drive where your steam game folder is located, maybe it's dying or w/e, hopefully that's not the issue, or you using win7 Smile

I don't remember not using MSI AB, and I played BL1 and 2 and I don't recall any issues. Did something change? If something did, game devs should fix the game. AB is perfectly legit application and basically a part of many systems...

And it should definitely not say some file was not found on the account on of another software, whatever that SW may be. If a file is missing, it's missing because it did not come down from Steam.
