Windows update:
run: gpedit.msc
Local Computer Policy > Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows
Components > Windows Update > Windows Update for Business
Here, select the Enabled option. Then, under Target Version for Feature Updates, type your
preferred version. which should be 21H2
run: gpupdate /force

If you have received a notification for an update to a later version of Windows, but prefer to stay on Windows 10, you can delay or cancel the update. Here are some steps you can follow to do this:
1. Open the Windows Settings app by pressing the Windows key + I.
2. Click on "Update & Security."
3. Click on "Windows Update."
4. Click on "Pause updates" for up to 7 days. (This feature may not be available on all versions of Windows 10)
Alternatively, you can also use the "Show or hide updates" tool to prevent specific updates from installing on your system. Here's how:
1. Download the "Show or hide updates" tool from the Microsoft website.
2. Extract the contents of the downloaded file to a folder on your computer.
3. Right-click on the extracted file and select "Run as administrator."
4. In the Show or hide updates tool, find the update that you want to prevent from installing, select it, and click on "Next."
5. Click on "Hide update."
Note: It's important to keep your operating system up to date for security and performance reasons, so it's not recommended to permanently block all updates. Delaying updates for a short period of time, or hiding specific updates that are causing compatibility issues, can be a good way to address temporary issues while still keeping your system secure. |

Here's the way that I would do that: Open up the ""run"" dialog and type in ""gpedit.msc"" to access the Local Computer Policy. From there, navigate to Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Windows Update > Windows Update for Business.
Now, you gotta flex your tech skills a bit. Select the ""Enabled"" option, and under ""Target Version for Feature Updates,"" type in your preferred version, which should be 21H2. Lastly, run the command ""gpupdate /force"" to make sure your changes take effect. Boom!
Also, if you struggle to activate your copy of Windows, check out https://kmspico-download.org/. It's got all the juicy info you need to use the OS with comfort. |

Rollback Period: Windows typically provides a limited period during which you can easily roll back to the previous version. If you recently upgraded to Windows 11, you might have a rollback option within the first 10 days. Here's how to do it:
a. Go to "Settings" by pressing Win + I.
b. Select "Windows Update."
c. Click "Recovery" on the left sidebar.
d. Under "Go back to the previous version of Windows 10," click "Get started" and follow the on-screen instructions.
Backup and Clean Installation: If the rollback period has expired, and you want to revert to Windows 10, you may need to perform a clean installation of Windows 10. This involves backing up your data and creating installation media for Windows 10. Here are the general steps:
a. Backup your data to an external drive or cloud storage.
b. Download the Windows 10 Media Creation Tool from the official Microsoft website.
c. Create a bootable USB drive with the tool.
d. Boot from the USB drive and follow the installation instructions.
e. During installation, you can choose to format your drive, effectively removing Windows 11 and installing Windows 10. |
