| It's a rather disturbing common problem, I'm not the only one, since the 1.5 TB introductions, D.O.A. stats have peeked toward 20%, dying disks within 4 months are around 40%, same things happens with 2TB's, it started with Seagate, but it has also become common with Western Digital and Samsung lately. Perhaps some cheap Chinese components.... |

I dont know where you get your bullshits stats from, but they are way off the mark. I've sold hundreds of them in the past year, and only had one fail. |
