Only disk 2 was stolen?
Sounds like a publicity stunt to me. Developers whine and the kids all go out to buy it out of guilt. Awwwwwwww.
Also:
Quote: | That’s a big problem, as Activision Blizzard is expected to sell more than 20 million copies of the game in 2011 alone, according to Arcadia Research |
Really? I'd rather go buy some indie games, which are going to be more than one (for the same amount they'll be charging).
Drop dead, Shitvision. |

Who cares? The hardcore players of this will buy it just to get multiplayer and the casual pirates who just try it because they can won't.
Piracy probably doesn't affect sales negatively, and may well affect it positively (some of those casual copiers may like it enough to buy to go multiplay). |

Nothing to disagree about the last comments. Just wanna mention that piracy does exist. I don't see any use to juggle with numbers, but I have played games I didn't bought, like an unknown number of others.
So the fact piracy is reducing sales, by what number ever, can't denied. :P
This whining is a sport, good for the media, good for explaining later bullsh1t like server deactivation or poor support... reckoning. |

all the consoles have been leaked.. only on xbox can you play online with the leaked version with he risk of having ur xbox hardware id be banned from xbox live.
as for me I bought the game and I am enjoying it with out fear of being banned. |

OMG! OMG! NeonField 3 is crushing all our sales records ! What do we do ?!
- I got an idea, but don't tell the rest of the crew !
I'll release a leak, so that might get the attention away from NeonField, and back with us !
- But then, what about our sales figures ?!?!
- Don't mind that, we can use that "leak" as the source of our crap game's poor sales as a bonus !
- Oh man, That's a great idea ! We'll give you a bonus ! |
