City Interactive and German studio Deck13 have announced \'Project RPG\' to be overseen by Tomasz Gop, former senior producer at \'The Witcher\' studio, CD Projekt RED. The action-RPG is said to focus on player skill in order to progress forward, using a combat system similar to such games as Dark Souls, Batman: Arkham
