Micha van Essen (Community Coordinator for SWAT 4) informed us that

there's community interview with the Irrational Games developers Chris Kline (Lead Programmer), Paul Hellquist (Lead Designer) and Joe Faulstick (Associate Producer), as they talk about SWAT 4, the upcoming tactical shooter for publisher

They had keys a while ago on Fileplanet to open subscribers, if your lucky, they may still have some.
I emailed HX to tell him that Fileplanet has the SWAT4 beta so he could post a news story on it, but I guess he never got the email.
