Yep Massacre alright, pretty sad. But I think what is more sad is the abundance of weapons and the fact literally all Americans own at least 1 handgun. This could (not saying I want it to, but..) happen so much more and as far as I'm concerned the Americans are lucky this doesn't happen on a monthly basis. This is truly one of the benefits of living in Canada. We don't live our lives by the gun and most Canadians don't own any fire arms.. Bush says he wants to put more restrictions on guns, ya right.. We've heard that so many times now it's almost as common as farting and burping. |

Very well said xxxx.
The region it happened in, is one of the poorest for gun control in the US.
But it's shocking that the police actualy stated that after the first incident (in the first building) they thought the gunman (men: they at first thought there was more) had left the premises.... 2hrs later they had a lock-down...32 dead.
On the news they also said that there is more kids killed by 'dad's guns' weekly in the US than that number killed above.....now that's sad and rediculous that's it's acceptable. |
