The Sims: Hot Date is third revolutionary expansion to the genre-busting best-selling
people simulator, The Sims. If you already played The Sims, The Sims: Livin' Large and The Sims - House Party, you are probably pretty curious why should be this add-on revolutionary. The answer is very easy. None of the Sims in the previous titles could leave the house! The Sims: Hot Date finally changed all of that. You will agree with me, that in real life, we don't spend all our time at work and home, so this big change radically alters the dynamic of the game, and in more than one way. Finally you have the chance to get our sims out of the house and into the local dating scene or romantic interludes. You can go downtown, with a variety of different objects like the hot tub, love swing, cuddle couch, ice cream thing. Just cool. The Sims: Hot Date features over 130 new items (including gifts to give to other sims), ton of new animations and reactions, improved social system with an expanded set of social options (40 new ways to socially interact) and new simlish phrases and new character voices. Only thing I missed in the game is sex, seems that sex is not possible or it need extremely a lot of time. Who knows, but if you will achieve any sex in the game, send me please some screenshots. I don't believe you can make kids by just little kisses! :))) However, this is by far the best Sims Expansion pack made. If you like The Sims, so buy it, you will not be disappointed one bit!

The only down part is, you need a better computer. You need at least 1.3GB of HD and a lot of memory. Mine is 192MB but I think 128 will do. You also need a fast CPU at least 400 megahertz. Mine is a 400 megahrtz so it runs a little slow when you scan the horizons. Hope you enjoy. This is a MUST BUY game. |

Brand of video card is ATI mounted onboard... No AGP slot, so no way to correct this problem by inserting another video card.
Game runs smootly on any other Compaq with REAL AGP interface..

Sims don't care about the gender of their partners, you can easily have lesbian or gay sims if you want. To get any sim to respond well to physical advances, you must get the relationship level to about 30 - then go careful. You're not guaranteed to get a good response even if the relationship is 100/100. Treat her like a lady!
When making relationships, it's a good idea to check out your intended mate's interests, and adjust your Sim's interests to match, by using the new magazines that you can buy in shops. |

One, yes I have made a successful lesbian, as well as turning the man in my house to fall in love with this guy neighbor that keeps coming by (good fun laughs, you should see them all in the love tub). And second, to get a whole lot of simoleans real quick...
do the cheat (of rosebud or kau somethin for older version), and then when you do the prompt for !;!;!; (which takes a long time to keep typing out) just make one long line of !;!;!;!;!; and have ONE letter messed up i.e. !;!;!1;!;!;!; (make the line long) and when you hit enter, it will say 'no such cheat', but will add the money and keep the prompt up.. just keep hitting enter over and over and over.. money money money! Love this game, enjoy!! |
