Comanche 4 is fourth installment of NovaLogic's Comanche series. In the game you are a pilot of one of the most advanced helicopters ever produced - RAH-66 Boeing-Sikorsky Comanche. I think everybody must remember the original Comanche based on Novalogic's Voxel technology, it was really revolution in the days when 3D accelerators were things of the future. Comanche 4 again offers great  between authenticity and gameplay, so you will be able enjoy  the action-oriented game play found in the original Comanche game. I don't like flight sims much, also I don't like to read a huge manual before getting up in the air and blowing up everything in sight :) Who ever played older Comanche probably understand, for those who don't Comanche is half arcade shooter half flight sim. Comanche 4 features six different campaigns, each divided into five single player missions (each varying in difficulty and the objectives), 3D virtual cockpit and weapons of destruction including the 20mm cannon, 70 mm rockets, air-to-air heat-seeking AIM-9 Stingers and the laser-guided AGM-114 Hellfire missile, ability to call in artillery strikes or repair and rearm during the mission at a FARP (Forward Arming and Refueling Point), plenty of enemies including T-80 tanks, SA-9 mobile SAM launchers, snowmobiles carrying TOW missile launchers, ground troops armed with Stinger missiles, speedboats, jets, helicopters etc, and  Multiplayer through NovaWorld (though as far I know it still doesn't work, promised a patch). In addition Comanche 4 also includes a fully featured map editor for creating and modifying your own worlds. With this map editor you can develop your own landscapes, place buildings and other objects, as well as assign units specific parameters to make each map unique.
