Why are we seeing a Ryzen 7 7700X matching or beating a Ryzen 7 9700X? Or a 7800X3D sometimes coming out WAY faster than the latest 9000 series CPU? You know, they could always patch Windows 10 to make it slower.
And it's probably a safe bet they will do so, otherwise Windows 11 will never beat Windows 10.
