I remember when I tried doing that for my own site. It was way harder than I expected. Getting everything to work without breaking any links was such a headache. I ran into a bunch of issues with redirects and broken paths, so I ended up reaching out to the team at PBB design for some help. They really knew their stuff and helped smooth things out, especially with making sure everything was optimized for SEO.
