There’s no such thing as *making* things cheaper than they already are. There’s enough corner cutting in manufacturing and quality. The trouble is wages are higher, components are expensive or cheap substitutes used now. Unlike Japanese capacitors that handled heat in the past.
So if you’re going to make things cheaper than they already are, then quality is going to suffer and with that shortened guarantees and reputation.
AMD in gaming has always been a mixed bag. I’ve said it for years all problems with games on steam are AMD related. They just don’t play together performance is shit |
