Do you read books that specialize in BS? Appears as such. I got a friend with a 6800GT and it runs better than my 9700 pro, actually runs miles around it.

i'm comparing it with the X800, and belive me, the X800 performs much better in HL2 than any 6800... |

I will play it on XFX 6600 GT (AGP)  and will get 51 fps at 1600x1200 + highest specs. Only for 149 pounds = $220  |

See 1600x1200, even though my monitor supports it, I don't run anything at that res. For me 1280x1024 is generally my max. If I run anything at 1600x1200 its rts or rpg games..only so I can see more of the map. But 1600x1200? that is no big deal to me. I certainly wont go out of my way to buy a card so i can play at 1600x1200. It's not a fault of my monitor either since I have one that supports 2440xsomething.. I rather run at 1280x1024 and have very good solid fps with everything maxxed. |

| FX 5900, and since my 19"LCD is a native 1280x1024 it works just fine. My p4 2.4ghz is more limiting than my video card. |

I am using r4 cards for games and r4 games....I am plying half-life 2 on that cards...I want some information about nVidia BFG 6800U OC because I have did not use it....If your are interested to provide me about that I am really thank's full to you for that... |

| For Half life 2.. I would use GTX 1080, If you're looking to purchase a new graphic card .. I'd recommend you to use comparison site like Allkeyshop or https://gameskeys.net/, for the best prices. |
