to scale well with memory speed, so the boost to memory speed between architectures is pulling some of the weight in that review, while someone who tests with the same memory speed across all chips will eliminate that difference.

Various 9600X and 9700X reviews indicate the performance improvement over last gen is very small. Power utilization is better. I suspect 9900/9950 will most fall in line with last gen too. I'll wait for the 9800X3D or 9900X3D reviews or next gen 10000 series lol. |
